Milwaukee

Little bit of trivia, but the first urban planning project I ever worked on was for a masterplan for downtown Milwaukee. I don't know if the plan had any affect, but Milwaukee was actually pretty nice. The city looked to be doing well, or maybe it was just the cloudless summer day. Condo prices with lakefront buildings start at $190,000. Perhaps I should come here in the dead of winter before having any real opinion though.
